Important Reminders:
Punctuality: Please ensure your child arrives on time so we can maximize our lesson time.
Preparation: Your child should bring all necessary swimming aids e.g., Goggles, swim cap and hair band for long hair.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: Kindly notify your instructor at least 24 hours in advance if a lesson needs to be rescheduled. Make-up lessons are subject to instructor availability and must be taken before the last week of the session of the missed lesson. A maximum of 2 make-up lessons may be scheduled per billing cycle, and cannot be carried over to the next session
Progress Updates: Your instructor will provide periodic feedback to keep you informed about your child’s progress.
